For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light. The vision came into fruition on Sunday, February 5th, 2012. At first, we could not see the journey that was meant to be a reality. Suddenly, it became my Life Chapel, home away from home, a family. Today, we honor our phenomenal founders,

Bishop E. Moses Ashun and Lady Rev. Carolyn Ashun for their zeal, enthusiasm, commitment, and relentlessness. You answered the call and obeyed God’s command. He sent you here, so we know you are in His hands. God sees the sacrifices you have made for His Kingdom. You are indeed the shepherds after God’s own heart, who feed us with knowledge and understanding of His Word.

When we wander away from the rest of the flock, you seek to find and lead us back to the flock. Like shepherds, you tend to your flock both young and old with love, respect, and kindness. You are always prepared in season and out of season to preach the unadulterated word of God. You patiently correct, rebuke, and encourage us with your powerful teachings. You are always abiding in the work of the Lord, and we know that your labor is not in vain.

You have given us a strong and solid foundation upon which we are building our lives as children of the Kingdom. Your zeal
and passion in Transforming Lives, Impacting Generations is without measure. Indeed, you are phenomenal founders who are very intentional in all you do. Through your vision and zeal, your Ministry has made great strides in impacting our communities. Your relentless approach to the things of God is very inspiring, empowering and appreciated. Your compassion for souls and humanity reflects God’s love.

Thank you for being our mentors, teachers, spiritual leaders, and trailblazers. John Maxwell once said, “The legacy of successful leaders lives on through the people they touch along the way”. We appreciate your leadership legacy of inspiring, empowering, and making everyone feel significant.

A father is neither an anchor to hold us back nor a sail to take us there, but a guiding light whose love shows us the way. The task of leading a family requires bravery, decisiveness, and devotion to God.

You have made a difference.
You set an example that others want to follow in the way you lead, the way you love and the way you live.
The encouraging words you speak has turned doubt and worry into confidence and courage.

You are transforming many lives and impacting many generations.
Throughout our changing scenes of life,
In trouble or in joy, No matter the hour, whatever the need,
You go extra mile always willing to share a comforting thought and a smile.

With gratitude for the values you teach,
The encouragement you give,
The dreams you believe,
The legacy of love you pass along,
But especially, for answering God’s call.

Fight For Your Rehoboth

“Finally, Abimelech ordered Isaac to leave the country. “Go somewhere else,” he said, “for you have become too powerful for us.” So Isaac moved away to the Gerar Valley, where he set up their tents and settled down. He reopened the wells his father had dug, which the Philistines had filled in after Abraham’s death. Isaac also restored the names Abraham had given them.

Isaac’s servants also dug in the Gerar Valley and discovered a well of fresh water. But then the shepherds from Gerar came and claimed the spring. “This is our water,” they said, and they argued over it with Isaac’s herdsmen. So Isaac named the well Esek (which means “argument”).

Isaac’s men then dug another well, but again there was a dispute over it. So Isaac named it Sitnah (which means “hostility”). Abandoning that one, Isaac moved on and dug another well.

This time there was no dispute over it, so Isaac named the place Rehoboth (which means “open space”), for he said, “At last the Lord has created enough space for us to prosper in this land.”

There is always a war ranging against you either physically or spiritually, so you have to fight relentlessly.

When l talk about fighting, am not referring to you having exchange of words with someone or fist fighting, but am referring to fighting as a child of God by praying fervently without ceasing.

Everything that God has promised you is rightfully yours, but there are wicked and unreasonable people who will either intimidate or humiliate you just to see you give up on enjoying your blessings.

Your success is a threat to many, and as a result they can oppose you.

“When Isaac planted his crops that year, he harvested a hundred times more grain than he planted, for the Lord blessed him. He became a very rich man, and his wealth continued to grow. He acquired so many flocks of sheep and goats, herds of cattle, and servants that the Philistines became jealous of him.”

‭‭Genesis‬ ‭26:12-14‬ ‭NLT‬‬

The Philistines should have known that Isaac being the promised son of Abraham and Sarah, had been predestined for greatness by the Lord.

As a result of the same spirit of jealousy, Abimelech ordered Isaac to leave the country. “Go somewhere else,” he said, “for you have become too powerful for us.”

Your persistence and determination will not be in vain if you have the backing of God almighty.

Instead of Isaac easily giving up because of all the oppositions that he faced, he was very persistent and determined to keep digging until he finally arrived at his Rehoboth.

The problem we Christians have is, we give up too easily and too quickly because of the Philistines and Abimelech’s that are jealous of us.

There will always be an Esek and Sitnah moment when you are on your journey to your Rehoboth, but remember that God is always with you, as He has promised to never leave nor forsake you.

The Lord’s righteous right hand will uphold you and He will hasten His word to perform it.

In Genesis 26:24, the Lord made the same promises to Isaac as He did to his father Abraham in Genesis 12 and 22.

“where the Lord appeared to him on the night of his arrival. “I am the God of your father, Abraham,” he said. “Do not be afraid, for I am with you and will bless you. I will multiply your descendants, and they will become a great nation. I will do this because of my promise to Abraham, my servant.”

The powerful and beautiful thing about God is that, He is a covenant keeper.

“Understand, therefore, that the Lord your God is indeed God. He is the faithful God who keeps his covenant for a thousand generations and lavishes his unfailing love on those who love him and obey his commands.”

‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭7:9‬ ‭NLT‬‬

As you fight for your Rehoboth, do not be afraid, God is with you.

May the Lord grant you divine strength, to be persistent, determined and persevere in all your endeavors.

May you and your descendants prosper in your Rehoboth!

A Sound Of Abundance

“Then Elijah said to Ahab, “Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain.” So Ahab went up to eat and drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; then he bowed down on the ground, and put his face between his knees, and said to his servant, “Go up now, look toward the sea.” So he went up and looked, and said, “ There is nothing.” And seven times he said, “Go again.”

Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, “There is a cloud, as small as a man’s hand, rising out of the sea!” So he said, “Go up, say to Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariot, and go down before the rain stops you.’ ” Now it happened in the meantime that the sky became black with clouds and wind, and there was a heavy rain. So Ahab rode away and went to Jezreel. Then the hand of the LORD came upon Elijah; and he girded up his loins and ran ahead of Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel.”

What sound are you hearing?

What are you seeing?

What you are hearing and seeing, depends on your Spiritual temperature and what you are giving your attention to.

God is always speaking, even in this unprecedented times. Align your thoughts, actions and everything to the Word of God.

If all you could hear in this pandemic season, is what is being said on the news, and all the chaos that is happening in the world, then l want to encourage you to redirect your mind and focus on Spiritual things. Yes, we are in a pandemic and COVID-19 is still hovering around seeking whom it may devour, but our Almighty God is still on His throne and continuously doing mighty things and mind boggling miracles.

The servant came back and told Elijah, “There is nothing.” And seven times he said, “Go again.”

Why seven times? Why not more than seven or less than seven times?

According to the Bible, seven is a number of completeness and perfection, and l believe that God was using that period to perfect the sight of Elijah’s servant, so he can see and hear what God had already revealed to His servant Elijah.

“Surely the Lord GOD does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.”

‭‭Amos‬ ‭3:7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The servant of Elijah never gave up on himself and the instructions of Elijah, as he kept going as he’s been instructed by Elijah.

This season, you must look for people who will not easily give up on you and themselves just because they cannot see and understand your purpose.

How many times have you applied for that position, or pursue that special dream that you have been praying and hoping to achieve?

Go again and again!

God will perfect all that concerns you at the appropriate time, but you have to be willing to listen to His voice and guidance.

Go Again!

The hand of the Lord will come upon you, and you will run faster and He will make you the head and not the tail.

Yes, 2021 is our Year of Birthing and we will birth everything that God has deposited in us for His glory.

I hear the sound of abundance of rain.

Your season of drought is over!

God Is Faithful To The End

“Therefore know that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments;”

‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭7:9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

One of my very favorite things about God is that He is faithful. Whenever He makes a promise He keeps it.

God said it, l believe it, and that settles it.

“God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?”

Numbers 23:19 NKJV

The bible assures us of God’s faithfulness time and time again. This means that when life gets hard, we mess up, He is still there, loving us.

God is still faithful even when we are not.

Do you remember the story of Daniel in the Lions Den? God was faithful to Daniel whenever He closed the lion’s mouth.

What about the time when God kept Moses safe as he floated down the Nile River in a basket?

God was faithful then and He is faithful now.

Another example in the Bible of God’s faithfulness is Abraham.

God promises Abraham that through his line all the earth would be blessed and instructs him to leave where he was and go to a place He would tell him.

That place became known as the Promised Land.

In the same way, God is faithful to us because He stays true to His promises. God always holds up His end of the deal.

“The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think.

No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent.”

‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭3:9‬ ‭NLT‬‬

What promise has God kept to you?

“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.”

‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭1:20‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The year “2020” has really been a roller coaster due to Covi, but God has kept His promises by being faithful to the end.

May be you have lost so much, or couldn’t accomplish anything, and as a result you have lost hope and your faith and trust in God is no longer as strong as it used to be.

I encourage you to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might, faithful is He Who has promised and He will deliver.

Faithfulness is not something God does, it is who He is.

Your latter days cannot help but be greater than your former day, because the Glory of God will rain upon you and touch every aspect of your life.

Even though in a couple of weeks, we will close down the curtain on “2020”, there is still plenty of time for God to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.

“But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”

‭‭II Peter‬ ‭3:8‬ ‭NKJV

“You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭65:11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

God is too faithful to fail you.

God is too faithful to disappoint you.

God is faithful to the end.

May the faithfulness of God abound in your life, now and forever. Amen!

God’s Grace Abounds

“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.”

‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭9:8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Grace is an undeserved gift. When we're shown grace, we're given a blessing that we didn't do anything to earn. Displaying grace is a wonderful trait to practice in life, but there is no greater example of it than the grace we have been shown by God through Jesus Christ. In fact, He wants our lives to abound with His grace. But to fully appreciate the depth of His grace, it's helpful to understand just how bad things would be for us without it.

God has given us something much better than we had before. Our natural birth as a descendent of Adam resulted in sin and death being handed down to us. But Christ has come to give us a new birth. In His resurrection, He overcame sin and death. Now, as men and women who have been born again to a living hope through Jesus, we experience a spiritual birth that is greater than our natural birth. We were once overcome by sin and death, but that is no longer the case for all who trust in Christ. As He overcame sin and death, so too does He make us overcomers who share His victory.

God desires that His grace abound in our lives. The Old Testament Law revealed His holiness to us and showed us that we were incapable of meeting God's standard. But in His grace, He lifts us up out of mess we were steeped in.

As God has made His grace abound in your life through Christ, make it a calling card of your life to be excessively generous in your sharing of grace with others. Don't withhold it when it's in your power to give it. It will make a difference in someone's life and will, without a doubt, be used by our Heavenly Father to help give this world a glimpse of the heart of His Son.

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen!

“Let Down Your Nets”

“Now it happened that while the crowd was pressing around Him and listening to the word of God, He was standing by the lake of Gennesaret; and He saw two boats lying at the edge of the lake; but the fishermen had gotten out of them and were washing their nets. And He got into one of the boats, which was Simon’s, and asked him to put out a little way from the land. And He sat down and began teaching the people from the boat.

When He had finished speaking, He said to Simon, “Put out into the deep water and let down your nets for a catch.” Simon answered and said, “Master, we worked hard all night and caught nothing, but I will do as You say and let down the nets.”

When they had done this, they enclosed a great quantity of fish, and their nets began to break; so they signaled to their partners in the other boat for them to come and help them. And they came and filled both of the boats, so that they began to sink.”

Don’t wash your nets, God is about to do a new thing in your life, yes, even in this unprecedented season, He is doing wonders beyond our imagination!

That which you have given up on, God will revive it for His glory!

God is going to bless you more than what you’ve prayed for!

Yes, you have worked hard all these years and caught nothing, but do as the Lord said, and let down your nets again, and go into the deep!

May the Lord bless and establish the work of your hands.

Allow God To Lead Your Ways

“By day the Lord went ahead of them in a pillar of cloud to guide them on their way and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light.... Exodus 13:21

God will not leave us to fend for ourselves, struggling to find our way. He will lead us. He promises to.

We may not see Him in a pillar of cloud or fire these days, but we have His Word, and the Holy Spirit to give guidance to our days.

He is with us, He gives wisdom, He provides divine direction, so we never have to fear being left on our own to figure things out.

He goes ahead of us, He walks with us, and He guards our way from behind. His Word gives truth and life and shows us the way to walk in this world.

AT THE END OF THE STORM, THERE SHALL BE A SIGN.

“And God said: “This is the sign of the covenant which I make between Me and you, and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth.
It shall be, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud; and I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh.
The rainbow shall be in the cloud, and I will look on it to remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.” And God said to Noah, “This is the sign of the covenant which I have established between Me and all flesh that is on the earth". Genesis‬ ‭9:12-17‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

There are so many stories in the Bible of people who faced overwhelming odds and great struggles and yet through their faith they held on to hope and came out victorious to experience a meaningful life. The hard times in life seem to come when we least expect it.
We all entered “2020” with so much joy, hope and aspirations, little did we know that we will be faced with unprecedented times such as Covi. This is exactly what happened to Noah.

Noah obeyed God and built the ark, but even then he still couldn’t do anything to stop the storm. He also didn’t do anything to cause storm, but it rained, nonetheless and it rained hard. I believe as you and I go through life we’re often reminded that we are not really in control. The storms and the rains will come but we can’t stop them. We didn’t cause it and it really isn’t our fault, but those storms come anyway. There are times when all we can do is listen for God to speak and know that He is with us through the storm.

The storms don’t have to destroy us.
We do still have the power to choose how we react to the storm. Will we grow and learn something from the storm or will we choose to become angry, bitter and depressed because it’s not fair? Forty days and forty nights must have seemed like forever with all that rain, lightning and thunder! Even though it stopped raining, the ark continued to be surrounded by water as far as they could see. The Bible tells us they were on the ark for a total of 150 days. There must have been times when Noah wondered if God had forgotten him. But Noah didn’t lose hope, he remained open even when he didn’t fully understand.

The Bible tells us after a long time, Noah sent a dove out to look for land. The first time the dove returned without any signs of land, the second time it returned with an olive branch and the third time it did not return for it had found a home on land. It wasn’t long after, that the boat came to rest and God told Noah, “it’s time to open the door.” Noah opened the door and he and his family and all the animals came out of the ark to a new beginning. God made a covenant with Noah and all of creation, vowing to never destroy life again. In Genesis 9:13 God tells us, “I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.”

The rainbow remains a symbol of hope for all of us, a reminder that when we find ourselves in a storm or when a dark cloud seems to be following us, we can be reminded that God has not forgotten us. The story of Noah reminds us to remain open to new possibilities, to trust and obey God’s word, for when we do we will hear God speak and begin anew in ways you might never expect.
Hallelujah our God reigns!

What Do You See?

“When they arrived at Bethsaida, some people brought a blind man to Jesus, and they begged him to touch the man and heal him.

Jesus took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the village. Then, spitting on the man’s eyes, he laid his hands on him and asked, “Can you see anything now?”

The man looked around. “Yes,” he said, “I see people, but I can’t see them very clearly. They look like trees walking around.”

Then Jesus placed his hands on the man’s eyes again, and his eyes were opened. His sight was completely restored, and he could see everything clearly.”

‭‭Mark‬ ‭8:22-25‬ ‭NLT‬‬

This is one time in scripture when Jesus performed a miracle in someone’s life that was not complete. Have you ever thought about why he did this? When you read the whole chapter – this story actually fits. The whole chapter is about people that see – but don’t really see!

The question here is – will you be around for the real miracle? I think the biggest problem for most people – the reason that they do not receive the miracle, is that they give up on Jesus too soon.

You may not be physically or Spiritually blind, but there may be something that is making you not to see.

Is it the Covi virus which is causing so much uncertainties all over the world?, or it’s something more deeper and personal than that.

I encourage you to not give up on God.

He alone knows the end from the beginning.

He has won the victory for us on Calvary!
